REGISTERING AN ACCOUNT

To create a Business account, simply download the Dindarò app from the Google Play Store, and send the necessary documentation to our Merchants email merchants@dindaro.com

ACTIVATION TIME

Once the registration process is complete and you have sent the required documents, your account will be activated within 48 hours. Once activated, you will receive a confirmation email from our Dindarò staff.

CHANGING DATA

If you would like to change the information that you entered during the Business registration process, you can delete the previously created account and repeat the registration procedures over again. You also have the option of sending us an email at merchants@dindaro.com with a request to make changes to your account.

DELETING YOUR ACCOUNT

To delete your account, send an email to addios@dindaro.com with the subject line reading, Account Cancellation (Your account name). Also, in the body of the email, please provide: your personal information, the email you used with registration, your telephone numbers (in case we need to contact you regarding your personal data), and most importantly, the IBAN with the personal details of the current account on which you wish to reclaim any remaining money in your wallet. This operation will be completed within 30 days upon the receipt of your request. Refer to the attached table to view any relevant costs in the sections that apply.

NUMBER OF DEVICES

You will be able to connect any device to each account that is connected to an email address.

SMARTPHONES AND TABLETS

Dindarò works with any Android device. Download it and log in wherever you are. (Mobile connection will be necessary)

CASH REGISTERS

Dindarò can be integrated into your cash register to allow you, through a simple scan of the provided QR Code, to receive payments and deliver digital change to your customers without any commission costs.

SmartPOS

Dindarò is a preferred business partner of Nexi, which utilizes Poynt smartPOS. Visit Nexi in the app store for more information. Saving money with Dindarò has never been easier!

LOADING YOUR WALLET

Your Dindarò account can be funded through bank transfers, credit cards, debit cards, and SDD. On the contrary, it could be digitally debited through the change that you give to the customer (you keep the physical change in your cash register). On a monthly basis, it is also possible to transfer your store’s Dindarò account to your bank account. The transfer costs are attached, but the transfer will be free if the Dindarò account is linked to the bank account through SSD.

CONNECTING YOUR BANK ACCOUNT TO YOUR DINDARÓ ACCOUNT

Please follow the directions on the Business app in the settings section to properly link your bank account to your business account.

ADVANTAGES OF CONNECTING YOUR BANK ACCOUNT TO DINDARÓ

Dindarò will help eliminate many of your problems! You will have a new tool that allows you to receive digital payments without paying commissions, forever! You can also make new geolocated marketing initiatives, develop loyalty and have a database of your customers. In addition, if you decide to link Dindarò to your store’s bank account, the monthly transfer of payments received through Dindarò will be free!

HOW TO SEND THE CHANGE

In order to send the spare change to one of your customers, simply type the amount due on your tablet and press the "Give Change" button. Once the total is confirmed, the app will automatically launch your camera app to scan the QR code.

HOW TO ACCEPT A PAYMENT

The user will pay the amount from their wallet by scanning the QR code integrated with the cash register. To receive the payment, you will have to accept the notification received. Press the button to confirm the transaction.

QR CODE

During registration, your QR code will be generated, which will be present in the Dindarò app on your device next to the checkout and will allow you to use our service.

RECEIPTS

Even though you are using Dindarò, a receipt will still be generated during a transaction.

CREDITING ACCOUNTS

You will be able to credit your shop's bank account monthly utilizing the Dindarò app, for free. There is an associated cost if your bank account is not linked with your Dindarò account through SDD.

LIMITS AND MAXIMUMS

The limit for each and every transaction, in and out, is €25.
